Growth in the Area

As examples of the growth in Green Hills, here are just a few of the major projects underway:

Work on a major mixed-use development including two hotels is underway. A fourth-quarter 2017 completion date is targeted. The 2400 CRESTMOOR project will include an eight-story building with The Green Hills Hilton. In addition, a nine-story building will offer a 116-room Marriott Residence Inn, 30,000 square feet of office space, street-level retail space, and a parking garage.

H.G. Hill Realty Co. has set early 2017 for groundbreaking date for the 90-unit apartment building they plan for Green Hills. The community will feature luxury apartment homes and penthouses with mountain and downtown views with many restaurant and retail options nearby. The project includes a 10th floor heated saltwater pool, a rooftop sky lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, etc.

Work is underway on the 17 story 4000 Hillsboro project. Southern Land Co. is also investing in improvements to Hillsboro Pike and Richard Jones Road to improve walkability and reduce traffic congestion. Construction is underway and plan is to open late 2017.

Work has started on a $100 million-plus project by The Mall at Green Hills. The project at 2400 Crestmoor Road, behind The Mall at Green Hills, includes a 207-room Hilton and a 116-room Marriott Residence Inn. The project also includes ~ 30,000 square feet of top-floor office space, as well as retail space at street level.

The Need for Sign Solutions

One of the best things about going to the sign shop is getting to see the new things my dad is trying out. I have had the pleasure of seeing and getting to take pictures of the new graphic faux skylights that we have implemented on the bathroom light fixture (Picture is shown below).
