Nolensville recently celebrated the opening of three new schools: Nolensville High School; Mill Creek Middle; and Mill Creek Elementary. New housing developments are popping up about every half-mile along Rocky Fork Road. Nolensville is appealing to those who want to escape the bustling metropolis just up the road. Nolensville has experienced 25 percent population growth since 2010. And the current population of 7,500 is projected to double in the next decade. Along with these news residents, businesses are also popping up about as quickly to serve the needs of the new Nolensville residents.

One developer is pushing an impressive $90 million plan to create a Nolensville downtown. This would certainly be the most extensive mixed-use development to date for Nolensville. Nolensville Market Square, proposed to be located behind town hall, would contain 250,000 square feet of office space, retail space and condos. The proposed project would cement Nolensville’s status as a high quality residential area to live in.
